Outlook Access Password

I'm running Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server. Is it possible to set up
Outlook so that it can't be opened without a password? My boss likes to
leave his computer logged in, but doesn't want anyone reading his emails.
Trying to convince him of other, more sensible, soultions have failed.
GroupWise allowed him to password protect his email client, and now I'm
getting an earful because he can't do it in Outlook.

It's not possible to do that in any way that a reasonably sophisticated Outlook user couldn't bypass and thus get all the boss' mail. Worse still, it would be possible to send mail in the boss' name without his ever knowing.

The right solution is for your boss to lock the workstation when he leaves the office. Outlook isn't the only part of his system that needs protection.
 
Well, yes, I know all that. However, you don't know my boss. It would make
him feel all warm inside if he had some way to do this. Is there any at all?

As I said, there's no method a reasonably knowledgeable user can't foil in 15 seconds.

Then have him put a password on his screen saver.
