outlook 98 - html to text mail

Can I set outlook 98 to change received mail from HTML to
plain text?
How do I do this?
I know how to change the settings to send mail as text or
html but dont seem to be able to find how to receive mail
as text only.

There is no way to do this in Outlook 98.
