Outlook 97's journal is gone

The Journal on the Outlook 97 had the feature of of a stopper, where you could time activity you do and capturing automotically. It does not exist on the Outlook XP.

Where and how can I find this feature that will be stored to see in the end of the week, how many minutes I have spent on this project or another.
