hi all

when in day view the date navigator (small monthly
calendars) is at first hidden under the task list and it
can only be revealed by dragging down the top of the task
list

- but after exiting outlook, when I re-enter the outlook
calendar, i find that the date navigator has disappeared
under the task list again

how can i get it to remember that i want the date
navigator to be kept in view?

Close Outlook - find and rename outcmd.dat to .old. Then reopen Outlook and
the view should "stick."

What operating system are you using? If Windows 2000 or XP, you will need
to enable searching hidden and system folders.
