I have two contact lists in my Outlook folders but only one of them appears
when I try to add addresses to an email (by clicking the "To" box).
The drop down list under the "Address Book" text contains Outlook Address
book and my first Contact list, is there any way of adding the second list?

Assuming you mean Contact Folder (no such thing as a "contact list"), enable
it as an electronic address book in its properties.

Thanks spot on - small point you may understand. The notification of your
reply had a hyperlink to read the reply but this pointed to an empty page.

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.

Setting up Outlook Express/Windows Mail to access Microsoft newsgroups

Accessing the MS newsgroups in Outlook Express/Windows Mail Newsreader
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroupsetup.mspx

From that I only understand that you are using Microsoft's web interface.
What a huge mistake. Get with the program. Access these groups the way they
were intended. Use a news reader.
