Hello
My company uses Outlook 97 with Microsoft Exchange Server.
Recently, they configured the system so that, while logged into
our "company email", we can send and receive email to/from standard
internet addresses, such as Yahoo or Hotmail. Now friends and
family can send email to my company email.
Our IT people stated that it is IMPOSSIBLE to check our company
email account from "home", or from a non-company workstation. Since
I am emailing people and receiving email from the internet, I think
it should be possible for me to configure my personal home computer
to log into my company email.
How can I do this? (assuming my theory is correct) What are the
specific instructions?
Note I am not "hacking" my account, I simply want to try to log on
with my name and password from home. If I can't, then fine. But if
it's technically possible, I would like to do so.
Thanks!
