Here is the situation: one desktop PC with MS Outlook set up in a way
so all the staff concerned can send and receive email using company's
main email address (e-mail address removed). Now every member of the team
requires
a separate email address for his own use only. I know I can create
multiple profiles set up with different email settings but how to
prevent one user from getting to someone else's profile. I couldn't
find any info on setting up passwords for profiles in Outlook. Is it
possible at all? Is the only solution to create multiple Windows user
accounts?
