Scenario-
Exchange 2k and Outlook 2k setup with 80 users and 5 or 6 resources to
schedule.
We are just getting rolling on using resources. Got it all figured out,
except that we would like notification via an email when a resource is
scheduled that will take IS assistance (ie. a projector resource that we must
assist in setting up.)
We thought we had it figured out by setting up the resource in the outlook
client where you tell it to accept all meeting requests where there is no
conflict, and delegates recieve notification of all meeting requests, but
this is not providing any notification.
Anyone been down this road and got any ideas?
Google doesn't seem to know, or I am not asking it right....
