Outlook 2K crashes constantly after upgrade to Win XP

Last week i upgraded my PC from Windows 2000 pro to XP
pro and ever since my Outlook 2000 crashes every ten
minutes or so. I have not installed any service packs to
Outlook. Any ideas?
