Hello everyone
I upgraded the office for a user from 2007 to 2013
and he have a journal msg file
now when he tried to open any mail from that file he got a msg talking about "mailmsgatt" not installed.
can anyone help in that regard?

it was upgraded automatically
and everything is working fine accept this journal mail
its showing me that it's need to be installed

I asked because it was a 'bug' that was fixed, however, we are dealing with MS here.

Suggest you ask them directly.
