I've created a custom appointment form in Outlook 2010, set one page to display and renamed it Test. I published the form as Appt-Test on our Exchange 2003 server.
From one computer with Outlook 2010 installed, the form works (ie. I can click the tab and it shows up with a blank page).
From another computer with Outlook 2010, when I click the Test tab it doesn't show the page.
This happens with all custom forms on this machine.
I've cleared the cache, and made sure it's running the Appt-Test form that I just created.
Any thoughts?
