Outlook 2010 BETA question

I've just migrated from OE to the new Outlook 2010 BETA and am having some
difficulties trying to find out how to "show" images in the preview pane when
they're a part of an html email message? Right now they line up up top in the
email message header area -- but I want them to display as per normal in the
email...

I've searched hi&low and can NOT find out how to enable that...

Help here lads?

Oh, and is there a spot to go and find 'stationery' templates for this BETA
too?
