I have just installed Outlook 2010 RTM on two Windows 7 Enterprise PCs. In
both cases, the built-in Com Add-in 'Windows Search Email Indexer' does not
load and the relevent dll 'mssphtb.dll' is shown as disabled. Attempts to
enable it do not work. Why does this happen and can it it be enabled?
