outlook 2007

when i exit outlook 2007 i cant open it again when i click on the shortcut on
my desktop, it still shows in the taskbar with a little x at the bottomof it,
i have to resatart my pc to open it again, any sug anyone...thanks..

Sounds like something is keeping Outlook from exiting properly. See if
