How do you change the default font for received messages in Outlook 2007?

A Student said when he get messages that it is in yellow and he cannot read
the message. He must copy it to another application and put it in black print
in order to see. Is there any way to set up his incoming mail with black font?

In what format are the incoming messages? Does the person use stationery?
Have you tried clearing the NormalEmail.dotx file?
