Is there a way to use Outlook 2007 on one user account and Outlook 2003 on
another User account on the same computer

It's not possible to have more than one version of Outlook installed on
a PC.
btw. why would you prefer OL2003 for some accounts?

Thank you for your reply. I can create Outlook Stationary with 2003 but is
not a option with 2007. Instead you have to buy FrontPage with 2007 to create
stationary unless you have another suggestion.

save HTML - either created in outlook or an html editor and place it in
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery

use it by going to actions, new message using... more stationery. or set it
as the default in tools, options, mail format, stationery.
