What are crd files?

Sorry Gordon, I missed aletter it is a business card file in my contacts. At
work I use outlook 2003 and on my laptop I use outlook 2007. I just need to
know how to transfer these files remotely. Thank you for your response.

Business Cards are a view of your Contacts folder.
The easiest way is on your work machine, create a new pst file, copy all
your contacts to that new pst file. Close the pst file.
Copy the pst file to your laptop, open it in Outlook and reverse the
process.
