Recently upgraded to Office 2007. I can no longer start to type a name in
the TO box and have it pop up. Any help ppreciated.

The Autocomletion cache is just a memory of addresses to which you've sent
messages in the past. it does not reference your Contacts in any way. Since
you upgraded, you probably started a fresh cache so until you send more
messages it won't contain a lot of recipients. See this:
