I cant receive or send email from my outlook 2007 my messages keep going to
the outbox and they dont send. I cant receive emails as well. Please walk me
through the process I need help fast......

What type of account? Is this a POP account wiht an ISP? If so, consult
the ISP's help pages for information on how to configure your account.
