Outlook 2007

I want to use outlook as my default e-mail program. I have two e-mail
address's, one at hotmail, the other is googlemail. I am sure i have
configured outlook exactly as directed both by outlook googglemail and by
hotmail, but outlook gives me an error 0x800cccoe together with "outlook
cannot synchronise folders" and "outlook cannot connect to server". In many
attempts at trying to configure outlook, I am now left with outlook crashing
repeatedly. What's going on? I just want to use the program. Hope somebody
out there understands what's going on and can help me. Thanks in advance.

Did you install the Outlook Connector for Live Mail?
 
I don't think did. To b quite honest, i've tried so many things I'm not
absolutely certain of this.

If you wish to use Windows Live Mail (i.e., Hotmail), you'll need the
Connector. Find it at Microsoft's download site.
