Outlook 2007

I have just begun to use VISTA and OUTLOOK 2007. When ever I recieve an
e-mail message in OUTLOOK 07, it automatically is transfered to the inbox in
my personal folders and removed from my exchange mailbox. Setting Outlook to
run or not run in cache mode does not seem to affect this behavior. I need
to turn it off, because I often access my e-mail from other locations where
my pesonal folder may not be accessable. Please help.

you could setup your personal folder (pst file) on a network share so it will
be awailable wherever you access it from within your company

I don't have OL 2007, buy for OL 2003, you click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next.
Set the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the
bottom left to the Exchange mailbox. I'm certain OL 2007 has a similar
setting.
