Outlook 2007 won't display BCM format for Business contact records

My Outlook 2007 of Office Small Business 2007 won't display the Business
contact area in the Business Contact format anymore. It displays the contacts
but the records are in the same format as the personal contacts records and
the options to manage the database or to run a campaign etc are gone.

I also, perhaps related to this, have the problem that Windows update keeps
trying to instal an SQL update but it fails to install every time.

Usually this happens when the Outlook forms cache get corrupted.

Try clearing it:
