Outlook 2007 will not open

I have clicked on the icon on the startup and used the icon under the start
icon. I click and click and nothing ever happens. I just sit here and
nothing... Please help. Thanks

I have even done the "office diagnostic" when I did get outlook open in Safe
Mode and no problems or issues were found

Examine the target of the shortcut to verify it's correct. Open Task Manager
and examine the Processes tab to see if an instance of Outlook is already
running.
 
Following your suggestion, there were about four OUTLOOK.EXE open under the
processes tab.
