Outlook 2007 will not open

Suddenly my OUtlook 2007 will not open. Getting message stating: "Cannot
start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." ... totally
out of the blue. Read somebody else's post, and the solution prescribed (see
below). Exactly where do you type this info in? Thanks in advance for
helping. I am panicking.

You type that at the "Run" dialog. In Windows XP, that meant clicking
Start and then clicking Run.

That changed in Vista. You'd need to type that at the input line portion
of your start menu.
