Hi all,
I'm having a huge problem with OL2007 Enterprise edition at the minute.
Had outlook 2002 on my computer, upgraded the RAM in my computer from 256MB to 2GB (not sure if this will matter but thought i'd let you know anyway). Few hours after that, upon loading outlook I had the error "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience."
It refused to load outlook thereon...
I had Office 2007 Enterprise Edition which I have been meaning to install after purchasing it last month so I uninstalled Office 2002 and installed Office 2007.
It installed fine, all programs work fine other than Outlook.
Tried disabling and removing the add-ins, and tried installing the files from windows update but this does not help it work!
It will not load in safe mode or in the normal way either.
Any help would be much, much appreciated!
