Outlook 2007 "Show Time As" Default Setting

How can I set the "Show Time As" default to "free" when creating an
appointment in Outlook?
 
you'll need to publish a form with that setting selected and use the new
form as the default form for the calendar.









** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version
when requesting assistance **
