Some time ago I created an Outlook rule which kicks in after a message is
received and executes a cmd file and a macro.
(You can see the code of the macro and the rule in this blog post
http://dmitrysotnikov.wordpress.com/2008/05/08/execute-powershell-scripts-from-your-smartphone )
When I set it up it was working perfectly well. However, recently it stopped
working. The rule kicks in just fine, and the cmd gets started, however, the
macro does not seem to get executed.
I have tried setting macro security to the minimal level - this did not help.
Were there any changes in SP1 or recent patches which killed this
functionality? Any other ideas on how I could get this working again?
I am running Outlook 2007 SP1 on a Vista SP1 (x86) machine.
