Is there anyway to change how frequently Oulook updates it's RSS feeds?

Is there anyway to stop unread RSS items appearing in Unread Mail part of
Search Folders?

Infact I don't seem to be able to find any way to adjust any settings for
RSS in Outlook at all!

TIA

Aloha elziko,
Is there anyway to change how frequently Oulook updates it's RSS
feeds?

Yes. You can adjust the individual RSS feed settings by pressing CTRL+ALT+S
then creating an new Send/Receive Group for RSS. Make sure the RSS service
is including in it, along with whichever feeds you want it to update and
set how often you want it to run. Be careful...if you poll an RSS feed too
often their server make lock you out. There is a reason that many RSS publishers
define a default pull interval.
Is there anyway to stop unread RSS items appearing in Unread Mail part
of Search Folders?

Yes, customize the Unread Mail search folder (right click it and choose "Customize...")
and exclude the RSS folders from the searched folders.
