Outlook 2007 -receive email...From ..First Name -Last Name

I get many emails from people I know. The From Field is their name@provder.
com etc. What I want Outlook 2007 to do is show me the First and Last Name
of the associated email address in my contact file.
Example

Email Address First Last
(e-mail address removed) Brian Kelner

Anyone know how to get this to happen?

The Sender controls the format of that field, not the recipient.
