Outlook 2007 questions

I am upgrading from 2003 to 2007... do I simply copy my data files,
uninstall 2003 then install 2007 and paste the data files into the same
folder or do I import them in some manner? Also is this going to mess with
my cell phone and active sync?

OL 2007 should find your existing data files.
