For meetings you are scheduling… What setting do you need to change to see
meeting information (in the “Scheduling†view) for the people you are
inviting instead of seeing the busy bar?

You could do this in Outlook 2003 but I can’t find the setting to change in
Outlook 2007.

Thank you!

Tim

I'm not sure if I understand what you want to see - there is the Options
button on the Scheduling assistant page that has an option to show details.
This will show details if the person is allowing you to see more details.
If you use Exchange 2007, permission defaults to free/busy only and each
person would need to allow you to see details.

That's it!

I was trying to find "Show Calendar Details" under the "Options" button.

Thank you!
