Outlook 2007 not starting

When I close Outlook I cannot restart it again without rebooting first. I've
seen this problem posted onother sites, but have not seen a fix. I'm not
using Exchange server.

Sounds like Outlook isn't exiting properly. Use Task Manager and see if
OUTLOOK.EXE remains as a running process. If you, you can stop the process
and then restart Outlook without rebooting. Use this to try to find our why
it's not closing: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp
