Outlook 2007 - Not able to see 'Open Shared Calender'

Hi all,

In my outlook 2007, i am not able to see the 'Open a shared calender'
option. I require it as i need to see availability of our meeting rooms
before booking.

Is your mailbox set as your default delivery location or are you using a
pst? It's only available with the mailbox as default.
