These are the two error messages:
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook cannot connect to your
incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP)
e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your
server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
I have contacted my ISP and they cannot figure out what is wrong. They
said
I should ask 'Microsoft'. That is why I am asking here.

After furious head scratching, Ani Nazlican asked:
| I have tried this. I am refered to my ISP and as I said, they are
| not able to determine the problem. They have shadowed my machine,
| checked Outlook settings, Outlook Express and Firewall settings, etc.
