Outlook 2007 Missing

I have Vista and MS Office 2007 Student version and added Outlook 2007 almost
a year ago. Today, it is just gone.

If I go to add/remove programs, it is listed. However, I cannot find the
program to open it. It was working yesterday. The only change I can think
of is that I added a MS web cam.

Hold down the windows logo key (between ctrl and alt) and press R. You
should have a Run dialog box. Type Outlook and click OK.

If it starts, then you just need to find the missing shortcut.
