Outlook 2007 Messages go to JUNK

After several months of functioning flawlessly, Outlook puts all incoming
messages into JUNK.
I have no filters turned on, and even though I have listed all internal
emails as "safe" still everything goes to junk.

Outlook doesn't have a folder named "JUNK". It has one named "Junk E-mail",
however. Is that the one you mean? Do you have any programs that scan mail
integrated with Outlook, such as an anti-virus or -spam scanner? If so,
disable that integration.
