The infobar message is because its in the junk mail folder. Move it out and
it will work. See tools, options, junk mail options for settings that affect
other folders - you can't change the behavior of the junk filter.
Look on Help, About - it will tell you if you have sp2. If you do, the
infobar will also tell you if outlook moved it there or if something else
did (it won't say what the something else was though.)

Hi Roady,
I am having a similar problem. When I send an email to my email address,
this email inevitably ends up in the Junk basket of Outlook. I have
disabled
all filters and do not have 3rd party email filtering. I have also
cleared
all the Blocked Senders list.
The info bar of the msg says this: "links and other functionality have
been
disabled in this message. To restore functionality, move this msg to the
inbox. The msg was converted to plain text.
Any idea what is causing this? i do not know if I have SP2 for Outlook
and
how can I find out? thanks, kt
