I have one computer that just about everything goes to junkmail including
mail from global address list. The Junkmail setting is set to low.

Take a look at the Blocked and Safe lists. Export the current list and then
empty the list in Outlook. Does it work now?

I tried this but still no help. blocked list is empty. i set junk mail option
to no filter and still most everything including addresses from own domain go
to junk mail folder.

Which mail account are you using?
Do you have Service Pack 2 for Office 2007 installed already?
Look at the Infobar of the message, does it indicate that it was moved there
by the Junk E-mail filter or by something else?

Hi Roady,
I am having a similar problem. When I send an email to my email address,
this email inevitably ends up in the Junk basket of Outlook. I have disabled
all filters and do not have 3rd party email filtering. I have also cleared
all the Blocked Senders list.

The info bar of the msg says this: "links and other functionality have been
disabled in this message. To restore functionality, move this msg to the
inbox. The msg was converted to plain text.

Any idea what is causing this? i do not know if I have SP2 for Outlook and
how can I find out? thanks, kt

The infobar message is because its in the junk mail folder. Move it out and
it will work. See tools, options, junk mail options for settings that affect
other folders - you can't change the behavior of the junk filter.

Look on Help, About - it will tell you if you have sp2. If you do, the
infobar will also tell you if outlook moved it there or if something else
did (it won't say what the something else was though.)

Hi Diane,
I am running SP2 on Outlook 2007. When I move the email from my junk box
to my inbox and open it it does not have an infobar like other emails.
