Hello,
Operating System: Windows XP SP3
Client: Outlook 2007 SP1
Server: Exchange 2007 Sp1
This does not seem to affect other users in the office with the same
signatures.
When one user sends an email with a jpg, gif, etc attached as either part of
the signature or in the email the email will bounce back
#550 5.6.0 M2MCVT.StorageError; storage error in content conversion # #
I believe this occures because it tries to convert the email into a
different format and send, but the jpg file is preventing that conversion
causing an error.
I've seen descriptions of it being converted to winmail.dat ??
This occures only if the email is displayed in html format. For now I have
made a work around by changing the file format to rtf and the email sends
fine.
I have converted the file to a bmp and the file will send without issues,
but asking the user to change all files to bmp is not a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Walter Beach
