Outlook 2007 inbox is not visible

My inbox suddenly quit showing ANY messages though the size of the inbox
continues to grow as mail arrives. I can go to another desktop and to my
laptop and see all the mail fine, but not on my desktop. I believe it may be
a conflict with McAfee but cannot find a way to resolve the matter. Any help
would be appreciated.
