There were 2 updates for Outlook 2007 yesterday. The first update describes
a couple of issues that you may see after the update is installed.

You really should take a close look at these updates before you install
them. Here is my recommendations.
Recommended Windows Update Settings.
Open Control Panel / Windows Update. Click the Change Settings option in the
Tasks list on the left side.
Select the "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and
install them" option. Select the option in the Recommended Updates section.
Select to use Microsoft Updates in the Update Service section.
When there are updates available, you will see a update icon in the
Notification Area. (By the clock)
Click this icon and updates component will open. Select the "View available
updates" link. This will show you a list of all the updates that are
currently available. You can right click any of these updates and select the
"View Details" option.
In the More Information section of the details dialog there is a link you
can click and go to the website that shows exactly what issues that update
fixes.
If you decide that you do not want one of the available updates, remove the
check mark from that update. You can also right click the update and select
the "Hide Update" option.
Once you have decided which updates to install, click the "Install" button
at the bottom of the window.
If you want to view the updates that you may have hidden, click the "Restore
hidden updates" option in the tasks on the left side of the windows updates
main window. You will be able to select which updates you want to restore
and install.
