Outlook 2007- import contacts from excel spreadsheet????

I have saved my contacts in an Excel 97-2003 spreadsheet with 1st row titles
i.e. Name, address. I have tried naming ranges by individual columns and by
naming the range as the whole spreadsheet. In the wizard, after choosing
Excel 97-03 and next, it tells me I need to define the ranges. I can't even
get to mapping. What can I do?

I can't think of too many reasons why you'd want to export your contacts as an
Excel spreadsheet and then import them back into Outlook.\

How did you name the range? Describe your exact process.
