outlook 2007 html mail problem.

Good Day

I'm having problem with the above. I recieve html email in plain text. When
I send out html email, other users are able to receive it in html format,
except me, in plain text. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have the same probelm but all the plain text emails are in a white colour
font so the page looks blank.
