Outlook 2007: how to add a default form to new meeting requests

Is there a way to have a form or autosignature appear by default when I open
a new appointment in Outlook 2007 calendar?
 
OK, thanks. I have done the form and published it but what are the specific
steps to set it as a default for new calendar appointments (while keeping my
e-mail default signature separate from this)?
 
right click on the calendar, choose properties and select the new form.
