Most future appt's in calendar have disappeared. Synchronization with PDA
(which retained the appt's) failed to copy future appt's into Outlook 2007
Calendar.

Bummer.

Can you see the missing appointments in By Category view?

There is a bug with ActiveSync and appointments edited on the PDA don't
always show in Outlook's Day/Week/Month view.

Wow -- Thanks for the replies.

Yes, the "By Category" view does show some of the missing appointments
(thanks!). How can I get these to appear in the normal "Day/Week/Month" view?

Some are missing in "By Category" (recurrings, and appointments on some days
are missing here as well).

The future appointments had originally been entered (some on the laptop and
some on the PDA and syched, and all had been displayed as usual on both.
Then one morning they had disappeared. That night our machine had
automatically updated Windows and other Microsoft products. I had tried
re-booting and re-synching with the PDA (which retained the appointments)
without success.

The PDA is a BlackBerry Bold, so we use the BlackBerry Desktop Software
(IntelliSync).

This is the first BB report I've seen - we know there is a problem with
ActiveSync.

Try setting the recurring appts to a specific end date - say 2012 or
something not too, too far out. That works with activesync.

Thanks.

Just finished 2 hours on the phone (an remote) with Microsoft Outlook
technical support (at least it was free!). He looked at it, redid the
"profile" (sounds like a re-install) and can't find the problem. He
recommended we contact BlackBerry, which is our next stop.

All of our recurring apptments have an end date. I'll keep you posted.
