Hi. I am relatively new to MS Outlook. I just got a new Dell laptop. How
do I create new new folders for my multiple email accounts, without some of
them appearing under the generic "Personal Folders" folder? When I try
to create a new folder, the system does not give me an option other than the
Personal Folders. However, during the transfer process (which I probably
messed up) two of my five AOL accounts were transferred fine, i.e., they are
both at the same level as Personal Folders.

Along those lines, will it hurt anything to just delete Personal Folders
once I get this issue worked out?

By default, Personal Folders is your default store. The default store cannot
be deleted.

See Tools/Account Settings/Data Files. There you can add as many stores as
you like. And you can make another store the default.
