Outlook 2007 Fluent user interface

Has anyone experienced a situation where while setting up categories for
contacts the menu suddenly reverts to the 2003 style? And it only effected
Outlook. None of the other Office apps were effected. Is this baused by a
corruption of the menu or is it a feature that can be switched back and forth?

The main outlook interface in outlook 2007 has toolbars, just like in older
versions.
