I installed a trial version of Office Pro 2007. I wanted to try it before I
buy it and can't even get it to work. Microsoft does not offer telephone
support for trials.

The error message occurs when I try to open Outlook. It reads:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open Outlook window. The set
of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Office Outlook exited without properly
closing your Outlook data file.........................
Outlook must be resarted. If error messege recurs contact Microsoft.

I am not the most computer savy person, but I can follow directions if I had
some. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel, click Show Profiles, create a new
profile and configure an account and a PST.
