(?) Outlook 2007 - Edit messages in Inbox?

With Outlook 2003, I was able to edit messages in my Inbox to remove ads,
unwanted text, etc. In an open message, I used Edit | Edit Message.

How do I edit messages in the Inbox in Outlook 2007? I'm sure it's obvious.
