Outlook 2007 Contacts and setting up

I have been using 2003 for a while. Switched over to 2007 would like to use
2007 outlook for my Reminder cards like i did in 2003. I can not seem to
figure it out.
I would like to group people by dates Like October 2008 and have the people
that i need to see in October 2008 under that with there names and addres. If
there are any examples of how to do this out there it would be great to get
that information.
I kind of stuck . I can input the names and address find in 2007 outlook
under contacts fine.

In 2003 I would just type in the name and address then click on the follow up
flag
then it would prompt <Flag To: > Then I would type in the date i needed.
under that is the Due Date : and it is None
Then i click on the Save&Close

Now in 2003 edition under the current view there y follow-up-flag this is in
the contacts area

I am still typeing in every thing the same in 2007

In 2007 edition is there a way to make a button like the other that has
follow-up-flag under the current view area ?
