Outlook 2007 Contact Photos

Hey All, I have a client that wants to add all their employee pictures to
the person it belongs to. So 300+ employees each with their contact photo.
Doing this in outlook is a snap, but how is it done or can it be done for the
whole organization so that when anyone looks up some in the company they will
see that person photo on that company contact? Do we do this on the Excahnge
level or does each person need to do this individually?
 
If there's a Public Folder where the staff's Contacts are kept, do it there.
If they are only GAL (Global Address List) entries, you cannot add photos to
the GAL.
